Moshimbo has given birth to many ugly babies over the years. Some of them are forgotten and abandoned, while some of them are up for adoption (not for free :P)
Free is a place where our right to exist is never questioned. Free is enough; there is no space greater than freedom. Free is where you arrive when you break all limits. This t-shirt represents our idea of being limitless!
The Chimp. Originally created as one of the designs for One Street Up, this piece captures the revolution that lives inside all of us—a push for peace, expressed in the most agitating way possible. It’s bold, restless, and meant to stir something deep—urging you to break limits and go beyond.
We know you have mastered the art of PPT making and are creating Excel masterpieces every day, but we believe there are other beautiful challenges you can take on. Something that’ll help you. Not directly in business but in life. Like colouring. Here’s adult colouring paper for you. It’ll help you forgive and forget those boardrooms and balance sheets temporarily. Just temporarily.
The year 2020 delivered a devastating blow, leaving us staggered and disoriented. We found ourselves adrift and disconnected, each of us isolated in our own little worlds. And while the world was coping with the physical challenges of being stuck in one place, there were other invisible challenges that were being pushed under the carpet. The chai-sutta breaks, the morning jogs, and playing a sport were all mediums, more like outlets, that helped us be free. And without those outlets, a lot of us were stuck, emotionally more. As a creatively ferocious design studio, we did not want to shy away from acknowledging the fact that a lot of us were struggling with deeper, darker thoughts. It was normal and natural to feel all heavy, disturbed, and destructive. WoofNinja was designed to address this very urge that a lot of us were struggling with—an urge to just vent. WoofNinja is a game built to be destroyed. It’s a simple game that allows players to tear down our very beautifully designed world, primarily tapping into the delight people find in breaking things when venting out while offering a fresh and immersive gaming encounter. With just four basic directional commands, the players enjoy the creative freedom of tearing down and annihilating in a virtual domain.
Defeat is often orphan. While a dream is never left alone. A dream is with you when you are sleeping, and more with you when you are awake. A dream is deaf to all arguments. A dream can only see itself. And never the limits.
This piece is part of a series dedicated to wiping out bad design—everywhere. The world is overflowing with visual clutter and design that just doesn't work. It’s time to clear the mess and make room for a new dawn—one where only good design rises.
Goonda is an ode to the Indian Pariah—the resilient, local street dog known for its fierce loyalty. These dogs are as loving as they are fearless: gentle to those who earn it, ferocious when they need to be. This design captures a moment we see every day—a Pariah wide awake on the streets, standing guard for the ones they’re loyal to.
One of the biggest problems in the world? People forgetting how to say no. So here’s a little nudge in the right direction: next time you feel pressured to say yes—just say no.
This artwork is part of a texture experiment series we’ve been playing around with at Moshimbo. While building meaningful brands usually comes with lots of strategy, structure, and feedback loops, this series is our creative playground—no briefs, no rules, no limits. Just pure fun, beautiful textures, and whatever ideas pop into our heads. We call this one "The Old Fun Guy."
